Shipping policy

  • Order Confirmation
    Upon receipt of payment, Customers will receive an order confirmation email detailing the Products ordered, billing/shipping addresses, and an estimated ship date.

  • Processing Time

    • Standard processing: 1–3 Business Days from order confirmation.

    • Custom or made-to-order Products:  2 to 3 months

  • Cutoff Times
    Orders placed before 5PM PST on a Business Day enter processing that same day; orders placed after that time begin processing the next Business Day.
